The Story Behind This Blog

Hey, I’m Muhammad Ahmed, and I’m the person behind Automotive Tinting.

I’ve always had an eye for cars. But more than that, I’ve always paid attention to the little things — the way a tint changes a car’s whole look or how it feels inside on a hot day. That’s what pulled me into the world of window tinting.

How It All Started

At first, I was just curious. I started noticing different kinds of tints — some that looked clean and sharp, others that faded fast. I wanted to know what made the difference. So I began experimenting. I tried out ceramic, dyed, and metallic films. I tested different shade percentages and worked on everything from daily drivers to full-size trucks.

This wasn’t just research. I was doing it myself — learning with my own hands, making mistakes, and figuring things out along the way.

Why I Started This Blog

The more I learned, the more I realized how little real, practical info was out there. Most blogs just repeat what others say. I wanted to create something different — a place where I could share what actually works based on real experience.

So I started Automotive Tinting. Here, I write about what I’ve learned from years of hands-on work. Whether it’s choosing between ceramic or dyed film, understanding legal shade limits, or avoiding common problems like bubbling — I cover it all.

What This Blog Is About

This isn’t a corporate site. It’s just me, sharing what I know and helping others avoid the mistakes I made. I’m not trying to sound like an expert — I’m just passionate about vehicle tinting, and I’ve spent years figuring it out.

If you care about how your vehicle looks, feels, and performs, I hope you find something here that helps.

Thanks for reading.
